About Me –
Marques Lequan Marshall

My name is Marques Lequan Marshall, and I am the founder and owner of Marques L. Marshall Consulting Services LLC, a mission-driven, multi-service consulting firm based in Racine, Wisconsin. My core focus is on advancing work-readiness and employment access for underserved individuals and job seekers ages 14 and older throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Through tailored career coaching, résumé development, interview preparation, and workforce empowerment programs, I strive to equip individuals with the tools and confidence to secure meaningful, long-term employment.
Operating under both my primary business and my DBA, Notary Near Me Racine, I also offer comprehensive services including professional tax preparation, notary public services including remote online notarization, LegalShield and IDShield memberships, accounting support, and financial management. I hold three master’s degrees; in Adult Education (University of Wisconsin–Platteville), Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Southern New Hampshire University), and Accounting & Finance Management (DeVry University). I am a commissioned notary in the State of Wisconsin, hold a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN), and maintain certifications in Trauma-Informed Care and Youth Mental Health First Aid.
My professional journey began in the field of counseling, where I worked extensively with youth, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. This experience grounds my consulting approach in empathy, clarity, and actionable support, ensuring that every client is met with understanding and equipped for success.
As a 45-year-old single African American father of two, I bring lived experience, community commitment, and a passion for service into every aspect of my work.
