My name is Marques Lequan Marshall, and I am the founder and owner of Marques L. Marshall Consulting Services LLC, a multi-service firm dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and small businesses through accessible, professional, and results-driven support. I bring a strong educational foundation to my work, holding three master’s degrees:

My professional credentials include a State of Wisconsin Notary Commission, a registered Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN), and certifications in Trauma-Informed Care and Youth Mental Health First Aid.
Before launching my consulting practice, I gained extensive experience as a counselor working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. I have supported clients managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, addictions, abuse-related trauma, loneliness, and other emotional and mental health challenges. This background shapes my approach today, rooted in compassion, understanding, and practical guidance.
I live in Racine, Wisconsin, and outside of my work, I am a proud father of two: Derrell (26) and Savannah (19). I am a 45-year-old single African American male committed to serving my community with integrity, professionalism, and purpose.
